Our Pricing
Corporate setup pricing is determined by the scope and scale of your event. We provide detailed, itemised quotes for corporate balloon styling, branded backdrops, event decor, and custom installations after an initial consultation. This allows us to understand your requirements, venue, brand guidelines, and timeline. All corporate packages include a dedicated event coordinator, full setup and pack-down, and post-event review.Corporate Setups — FAQ
We offer a variety of balloon decorations including balloon arches and garlands, balloon columns, balloon centerpieces, balloon bouquets, custom balloon designs, and more.

We’ll reply to your enquiry within 24 hours. If you submit your inquiry on Friday - Sunday, we will get back to you on Monday.
As soon as you have a date! Our weekends book out quickly, so we recommend securing your date as early as possible. Don’t worry if you haven't finalised your theme or colours yet - you can lock in the date with a deposit and we can sort out the design details later.
Yes, we deliver across Adelaide. Travel outside of Adelaide is also possible, depending on the date and our schedule.
Yes, you can pick up your order from Campbelltown. Please ensure your vehicle is large enough to fit balloon garlands, as they are quite bulky.
Yes! We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure the date then the remaining balance is due 2 days before pickup/delivery.
We only use premium, professional-grade balloons from world-leading brands like Sempertex, Kalisan, and Tuftex. This ensures your installation looks stunning and lasts as long as possible.
Our air-filled balloon garlands can last anywhere from a few days to over a month, depending on the conditions. For helium balloons, we treat them with a special gel to significantly extend their float time.
Balloons are sensitive to heat and direct sunlight. To keep them looking their best, we highly recommend keeping installations indoors or in shaded areas.
Please note that once your balloons have been delivered or picked up, their lifespan depends entirely on the conditions they are kept in, and Mr Balloon SA is no longer responsible for any popping or deflation.
Deposits made to secure dates are non-refundable however they can be transferred to a new date if we have not begun inflating your balloons. If your balloons have been inflated then we cannot cancel/reschedule the order.
Yes, we can create custom balloon designs with logos or text for corporate events, product launches, or other special occasions. Just provide us with the necessary artwork or text, and we will work with you to create a design that meets your needs.
